file FF5 Issues

Interesting your issue is with both subs. I actually have two as well, and only one has this issue, I've been without it for near six months. The control board has been sent back to Goldenear for repairs twice, and likely a third time this week.

Nightmare really...

Contact This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. for service if your distributor cannot provide support. The process should take a few weeks. Make sure to include the serial number and problem description.

Multiple failures for the same unit really only occur due to local circumstances. The overall failure rate on ForceField subs is well within industry standards.

It won't get anything fixed by writing to this forum, but you will add to the total time it takes to get your unit serviced.

No, the retailer who sold me all my GE gear takes care of it. You should contact them to help you.
