file Hole for foot not threaded

I just tried screwing in the 4 rubber feet into my new subwoofer and noticed that one of the holes was not threaded?! How did that happen? Is the tapping of the holes done by hand? Did the CNC machine forget to tap it? I've never seen this kind of thing before. I'll be returning it to where I bought it or tapping it myself I guess.

Sorry to hear that - sounds like one of the holes is missing the threaded insert. Skipped step on the assembly line no doubt. Three out of four is not a good grade. :(

Please return the sub to your dealer for exchange, do not attempt to repair it yourself. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Actually the insert is there but it isn't threaded.

I'm talking to the dealer and he is talking to GoldenEar...in process.
