My Forcefield 3 has an audible high pressure leak coming out of the lower right binding post that no amount of electrical tape can seal so should I try and remove the rear panel and seal it from the inside?

Take it to your dealer for warranty service (assuming you are the original purchaser). Sounds like the amp module should be replaced.
