Hi,
I'm looking at placing my Forcefield 3 inside a cabinet and was wondering if anybody has done this with any positive results?
I know in the instruction manual it says this will work fine, but all the research I do on the subject says not to do this, as you will not get a great sound from this position.
Any advice would be much appreciated.

Best advice is to do what you need to for your room and use. Not ideal with any sub, but it will work.

If you put a ForceField sub in a cabinet, make sure it sits in the floor (NOT the floor of the cabinet) and has plenty of open grille space on the cabinet front to let the energy out. The zero-vibration SuperSubs are a better choice for in-cabinet installations.
