I have a defective force field 3 sub (Still under warranty).
I was told by the auth. reseller to bring it in, and they'll ship it back to Golden Ear on my dime?

This thing is still under warranty and does not work.
Why would I have to pay the shipping for this RMA?

Can somebody explain this to me?

Nonsense, but yes, the warranty does provide for one way freight only. In this case, the one way you have to pay for is taking it to your dealer. That's it. Drop it off at the selling store and request your warranty service. Unless you can't get it there, it shouldn't cost you a dime. If there's a problem with your dealer (the authorized dealer where you bought it), feel free to PM the moderator or call the office for further support.

That is good news. I'm make the drive to drop off the defective FF3 Sub to their new location in Laguna Hills, so no shipping costs for me.

Thank you so much to clarifying the matter.
