Some of the best sounding surround systems have full range speakers for each location, including the center channel.

Obviously its prohibitive to do this with the Tritons (or could you have the tweeter changed for center channel work and lay a triton on its side - that sure would look different); therefore, is it possible to pair the 50c to a ForceField (in close/adjacent proximity) for a full range center channel.

I see how this is done for a left and right using the speaker outs on the back of the sub. Is it the same simple format, but only using the left or the right only for the center channel?

Any plans that GoldenEar might have for a full range center speaker?

Thank you for your time.

Absolutely - that's one of our favorite setups for larger rooms. It is the same setup as you've seen for the Left/Right but using only one of the input/output speaker level sets of connectors (right or left, doesn't matter). Tell the surround processor the center is now LARGE and adjust the ForceField 4's crossover and level controls for best blend with the 50C.

A SuperSat 50C with a ForceField 4 below it would be very similar to a Triton Two - and be A LOT easier to "fit". :)

Thanks for the quick response. This makes sense, and will be seriously considered.
