I need some advise....

Looking to buy a new set of speakers for my great room (19x28' vaulted ceiling 14'). As new receiver I'm pretty much set on the Anthem MRX 710 and the Oppo BDP 105 as player. Pretty much set on the Triton 2, but debating which center and which surrounds.

I'm going for a standard 5 channel surround (maybe a sub if needed) so what do I do for center. I hear several people mention that the Supersat 50C/60C are a little light for this setup and suggest the Supercenter X/XL. Ideas, suggestions?

Then for surrounds I see multiple options as well.....Supersat 3, 50 or 60 or even the Aon2. Please advise here as well...

I understand it has to do with budget as well, but am pretty flexible at this moment. Just want to have a great set with no regrets.

Simple answer is, what fits is best. Properly configured the SuperSat 60C will sound the same as a SuperCenter XL (those would be the recommended center speakers for a Triton Two based home theater). For surrounds, again, its what fits. Most people use the SuperSat 3 wall mounted because they fit. Nothing wrong with Aons for surrounds of course, if that fits your space. The larger the surrounds and center, the more bass they'll play and the less the Triton Twos will be asked to play those channels' bass content. The debate about whether that matters, and if so how much, will still be raging long after you've been enjoying your GoldenEar theater system.

An additional sub should not be necessary unless you are thinking action movies at max volume, in which case a LFE-only sub addition will be worth considering as an addition.

Well I made up my mind

Ordered the following yesterday....it is gonna be installed withing 2 weeks.....I'm excited......

GE Triton 2's as mains
GE SuperCenter XL as center
GE SuperSat 50's as surrounds

Anthem MRX-710 as new receiver/amp
Oppo BDP-105 as player
Sonos Connect for wireless streaming
Pro Control universal remote

Together with my current Panasonic HD projector it's gonna be awesome!
