There are many users with Tritons behind acoustically transparent screens - may not be anyone on the forum though. I have an acoustically transparent screen and have had many different GoldenEar models behind them, did you have a question?

Although I love the sound of my LCR T-Refs, I can't help but wonder how much better they might sound if I were to bring the left and right ones to the front of the screen since I have the room. Do you think the change would be noticeable, or not worth the hassle?

Depends on what kind of screen, the AT screens vary greatly in actual transparency.

Everything is worth a try, if you have the room, move them and see what you think.
