**UPDATE**

So Sandy called me and even though i missed the call, I emailed back and forth with him about some troubleshooting. GEt decided to replace the amplifiers in the speakers. I brought them up to my shop today at lunch and just got back home with them. The shop couldn't hear the ringing before swapping out the amplifiers so I was nervous. I listened in the repair shop before i brought them home and I couldn't identify the ringing even when my ear was on the speaker. So now they are home and set up. The ringing is no where to be found. It was immediately identifiable before. So it seems like it did the trick.

Thanks to Sandy and the GEt team and my guys at Audio Advice in Raleigh. Was a pretty painful process and same day is great too!

Great to read you got it sorted out! Doesn't surprise me Sandy himself was in some way involved. Terrific customer service all around at GET.... yet another compelling reason to stick with the brand.

SO... how many companies have we known where the CEO calls to help sort out a technical issue, or answers the phone to talk about speaker options... HMMM. It'll take me awhile to count up........let's see...... ONE!!!

Glad we could get it taken care of, sorry it was a painful process. It is still puzzling that you had two speakers with the same problem. Odds of that seem mighty high, makes me wonder what could have caused it. I'm hoping the engineering guys have some feedback for us after they see the amps (all new product failures go to our engineering team for evaluation).
