What are you guys doing for the SuperBowl????

It will be on a 6:30 am Monday morning here. I have a friend or two who work as missionaries over here, they are Americans and are planning to come over and watch it with me, EARLY!!!!!!

That means a pot of coffee is in order for sure. But breakfast is not my idea of SuperBowl snacks, sorry, no matter what time of day.
So my wife and I went out yesterday and found some fresh Anaheim peppers (no Poblanos over here, unfortunately) and roasted them, took off the skins. They taste pretty much like the green chilis you guys get. Then I made some taco meat and grated cheese. My lovely wife rolled the meat and cheese inside a pepper body inside a spring roll wrapper. We then froze these for deep frying while we watch the SB. I still have to make a couple of dips for them, just some Mrs. Renfros' smokey roasted salsa (do you guys know this one, the best salsa in the world, IMHO, so good I have cases of it shipped over from the US by Amazon---yes, I am SERIOUS). And I will make a ancho/cipotle sour cream dip as well. Dips are a dangerous thing as finger foods in my Home Theater so I have some careful serving plans for them and small amounts per person. {YES, I am anal when it comes to taking care of, keeping my home theater clean!!!}
None of us drink alcohol, just boring old dudes, so some coffee and iced tea should do the job.
What are you guys doing?
Any cool ideas I am missing?

The wife and I will be enjoying a quiet, alcohol free night at home by ourselves. Dinner will include sweet potato fries done in the oven (our own recipe) chicken or turkey, and plenty of okra (love the slime)...and let's not forget plenty of extra paper towels to clean up Bradys Blood.

We've got friends coming over tonight for dinner (Chicken Divan) instead of a big Super Bowl deal, ... not a lot of Patriots fans here in TX . But we WILL be watching the game, with what seems like a more mundane snack list than the culinary treats you have lined up. Nuts and fruit trail mix suddenly seems a tad boring.

Seriously, enjoy the game, everyone! Let's hope it's competitive, and fun to watch!

Rick, you can find Mrs. Renfros all over TX, it is local and all her salsas are great, I just like the smoky one the best. Any HEB, Randalls, etc. will have it.
