Yes, I buy as many good movies as I can when (and if) I get to Bangkok, but they don't usually have much of a selection.
Yes, tastes are all over the place in this house.
But movies, generally speaking have to have a Thai soundtrack with Eng. subtitles. The wife and daughter don't get into reading subtitles. IF it is a great movie, and I want to hear the real soundtrack, that one will get played again later in English.
I prefer my lossless music on Blu-rays, SACD and DVD-A so far.
Our internet is Sooooooo slow out here in the sticks, that I cannot download anything.

Please pray for us boys, the home theater is getting flooded. Coming in from under the floor (sunken floor, which I really loved). We have had so much rain now for 2 months, the frog strangler we got today just did it, overwhelmed the drainage away from the house, we can't keep up with it. Praying no GoldenEars get wet!!!!! Already shorted out some of the wiring.
