That made me want to vomit just watching it! That was one crazy superset! Is he training for World's Strongest Man? You can tell by the way that bar was bending that those were not crossfit plates (10-20 lb plates disguised at 45 lb plates). That's the real deal!

I may have posted this before, no time to go back and see, so here goes:

Did you hear about the guy that got two black eyes, one each on successive Sundays at church? He stood up with everyone else but the woman in front of him had her dress tucked up between her butt cheeks. This bugged him and bugged him and finally he decided to help her out, he reached out and pulled the offending dress out of her crack. She reached around and slapped him senseless!!!! Next Sunday he is sitting with his good friend, behind the same lady. They are asked to stand up and once again, her dress is stuck up in there, bugging both of them. His friend reaches up and pulls out the dress without her noticing, but our hero said, "NO, she doesn't like it out", and he poked the dress back in there where it was! She reached around and floored him!!!!
