Wayne: Ha, ha, ha...hope you have a great time (but I assume you are going for work, so maybe not). My cousin used to work in Mumbai (I still think of it as Bombay), for Hindustan oil, but he moved to Dubai several years ago. I bring it up because you are in the oil field too.

Anthem: I workout at home too! I have my weights and treadmill in the basement. I like to get most of my runs outside. This way there is no commute to the gym (and no excuses for not exercising). Thank you again for introducing me to Larry Carlton. Right now I am playing Larry Carlton "The Paris Concert" I especially like track 4 "sunrise".

Friday morning, found another Miles Davis cd I forgot I had
What's spinning?

Miles Davis - On the Corner (1993 Sony/1972 Sony)

The Corner offended and angered more people than any other album in Miles Davis' lengthy discography.
Multi-layered funk and cathartic wailing...proto-punk-funk grooves.

Wayne, have a great time in Mumbai. Make the best of it...work is work...bills is bills. ;)
D-Sonic m3a-600m Mono > McIntosh MC152 > Primaluna ProLogue Premium Preamp > Oppo UDP205 > Decware ZLC > Triton Reference > Isoacoustics Gaia 2 > Canare 4S11 Speaker Cables > Audience Forte 3, Anticable L3 & Shunyata Venom PC's

Every great performance deserves an Audience!

Yes, Gentlemen,
It is off to work I go in Mumbai for one week, then to K. L. Malaysia to work for one week, then back home. To hopefully see a LOT of beautiful progress on our home.
Well said, Bro. Anthem, work is work and bills is bills.
You're pretty slick for a funky guy.
God Bless, Wayne

Hey Santhosh,
You gotta be proud of this lady of Indian heritage (not to mention the new Miss America!!!!),
Priyanka Chopra kicked off Thusday Night Football (NFL) by strutting and singing.
OK, I will be honest, I didn't really pay much attention to her singing......... I was so excited........ to see the football game get started.

I only include this pic Moderator Dude, because, 1) She is a singer 2) She is wearing Andre Johnson's Houston Texans jersey, the same one my wife and daughter wear. My wife looks better in it.

God Bless, Wayne

Got my dancing shoes on
Been listening to some funky stuff

Jeff Lorber - Philly Style (2003 Narada)

The whole album is a funky treat. If I had to pick a favorite...track (4) Philly Style.
If you can't tap your foot to this... your dead. :woohoo:
