Neighborhood association or condo association? Sounds like it may be time to move... Sorry to hear about you situation. I've found that my T1s are very articulate even at low volumes. I actually prefer them in the 75 to 85dB range. If your walls can't stop that amount of noise, maybe you could try turning down the bass gain... Condolences if you can't make it work out. I'm sure someone will snatch them up.

I live in a condo as well with T-3's and my neighbor can here them with no problems. I'm lucky that we are friends for now.

We're on friendly terms, I think the walls are just too thin. Our
Sonos playbar is too loud for them sometimes

Wow I'm sorry to hear that! My condo is 10 years old and it has a good size firewall. That really helps. If it wasn't for that I will probably be in the same situation as you.
