Just to add to what has already been said, the sound of a great audio system tends to improve in very small steps with each minor-component change, many of which make an almost imperceptible difference on their own. But, when combined, they become part of the magic that is a great audio system. Its never just the speakers, or just the amp, or just the cables ... its all of it together that makes the magic happen.
