rjohn79395 is right, you will get a range of answers from speaker cable doesn't make a difference, to how some brands are best.

I also use Belden 5T00UP. I bought these cables terminated with their ultrasonically-welded process with 45 degree spades and they fit easily on my Triton 1 (and their replacement) Triton Reference terminals. I use their speakers for both home theatre and for music. Classical music and jazz from CDs sound awesome. These cables are also relatively inexpensive. You may find more bang to the buck upgrading interconnects in the future, but retaining these speaker cables.

For 100 - 200 foot speaker wire runs you might consider even heavier than 14 gauge, perhaps 12 or even 10 gauge.
