Hi, GoldenKnight

I have HTR 7000's as front heights and Invisa 525's as rear heights. I set both pairs at 80 HZ crossover and they sound great. I've run the 7000's at 60 HZ also, but kind of like the extra headroom at 80 HZ. I also have the SuperCenter XXL at 80 HZ. Again, beautiful sound.

Re the T5's, you could try as low as 40 HZ and see how it sounds there. Don't know what kind of sub you're using, but the 5's are pretty competent, could even be run as Large fronts if no sub is used. Guess I'd try starting with a 80 HZ crossover for the MPX's also.

Have fun and enjoy those speakers!!!

Will be running a Hsu vtf15 a monster of a sub ..so definitely will run at small ..I've been told surrounds and Atmos work better at 100 or 120+ crossed over since surround and Atmos sounds shouldn't do mid bass .. so it saying 80 crossed for Atmos and surrounds ..mpx will be surround and 650 my back and front heights .. may tinker with 60-80 with t5 n super center xxl

Hi again

It's totally up to you. Whatever works best for your ears. Invisa 650's have pretty darn good mid bass and have plenty of headroom at 80 HZ. so you wouldn't be overly pushing them at anything you choose in the 80-120 HZ range. (Supersats do like to be set at 100-120 HZ, Invisa 650's, well whatever works for you in the 80-120 HZ range.) I'd be interested in any feedback you have after you've got your new speakers installed as to what crossovers sound best to you.

Re Supercenter XXL crossovers, I've run 60 and 80 HZ crossovers and the XXL handles both beautifully. Again, your ears, whatever brings the best system balance for your listening preferences.

Have fun, enjoy. It's your system, and your ears that matter.

Rick
