Just looking to understand - and I do have a much better indicator now given the responses - how much amperage the T1s would typically draw at realistic volume levels (say 100db) and what the maximum draw (each) could potentially be. And yes, of course I know not to run a spot frequency sine wave pulse at high volume. I wouldn't do that for more than a few seconds even at extremely low volume ;)

Yes, perhaps a disclaimer was in order. Also good advice for the “casual reader” to do just that, “read” and not “do”!

That said – and not to belabor this important topic - my thinking in resurrecting this post can have value to those looking to understand something as basic as whether or not they can safely plug both speakers (assuming two channel setup) into the same outlet, such as power strip or conditioner. In this context “safely” means not drawing so much amperage that the circuit breaker trips. A typical breaker is 15 amp. So while pointed out the amperage of any one particular T1 at full tilt would be 1-2 amps, having two speakers in the same outlet would be fine. On the other hand, applying ohms law to the 1600 watt DSP amp would lead one to believe (admittedly I pondered the possibility) of the speaker conceivably drawing upwards of 13 amps, and that assumes an 100% efficiency amp, which we know is not the case.

In my case I have both T1s and my amp on the same breaker. I have not had any issue from a power perspective, but remain mindful of avoiding one. ;)

Correct, most could run their entire A/V system on a 15 amp breaker and have no problem. The Triton Ones can actually draw about 2000 watts from the wall (each!), but only for milliseconds, which doesn't even exist in the time constant of a circuit breaker. The speakers' fuse value is a good starting point for evaluating max power draw, as its characteristics are similar to a circuit breaker.
