This is similar to a previous topic. I noticed a couple of days ago that my FF4 doesn't turn off. Not only that but even if it's on, there's no output when watching movies. I unplugged it and it turns off after about 20 seconds. Turn it back on and still no output. Could it be the receiver input? Thanks.

Bummer, sorry to hear that ... could be the receiver output, could be configuration (sub set to yes, other speakers to small?). Normally, if you pull the RCA plug from the back when the sub is on you'll hear a thud from the woofer. If you aren't getting that I would suspect the sub is the problem. Take it back to your GoldenEar dealer for troubleshooting and service, should only take them a couple days to confirm the problem and get the required service part(s) installed and the sub back to you.

Thanks for the response. I don't hear a thud when I unplug the RCA plug but do hear it when I plug in the power. Checked and re-checked the settings/configs but still no output. I have a feeling it might be the sub but took my receiver in first since its dealer is closer. Plus, I had problems with the Audyssey auto config from the get go. So, we'll see how it goes. Thanks again.
