Off the topic question - Is it just me or is the LFE input on the ForceField very loose? I currently have the cable sandwiched between the wall and the subwoofer in order to keep it in place. I'm on my second ForceField and the first one had the same problem as well. There isn't a resistance within the LFE input and it would 'pop out' at times during playback.

I think you have a damaged cable, perhaps stretched out from an out of spec oversized jack? Get out your trusty pliers and give the shield a squeeze (carefully) until it fits tight on the jack.

I have connected almost a hundred ForceField subs, with every imaginable type of cable, and never had an issue. The jack is a standard RCA jack and meets all specs. If you can't fix your sub cable plug, have a new RCA plug installed on it.

I just purchased a Forcefield 4 sub, along with a Supersat 50 and 50c speakers which are all fantastic, actually unbelievable sounding! I noticed that the Forcefield 4 sub does not have the wireless output on it, although the owner's manual shows the wireless output in a diagram. The shipping box label shows a manufacture date of January 2012. Did Golden Ear stop making the wireless output on these units?

Glad you are enjoying your new system!

Although originally planned, we dropped the wireless option prior to any production. Unfortunately, early back panels, owners manuals and packaging included the wireless option. New owners manuals (available on the Manuals tab on the ForceField products page) have been updated but apparently had not yet made it into your carton.

There are several aftermarket wireless audio kits available that will do the trick if you wish to run your sub wirelessly.

I am currently considering adding two Triton 3s or 2s to my 5 supersat 3s and I am not sure about dropping the Forcefield 4. I enjoy watching movies with the current system but find the music side falls a little short. My question at this point is I am considering a wireless sub kit and found that my Forcefield 4 has a wireless adapter connection on the back, is the connection compatible with the Klipsch Wireless Subwoofer Adaptor (WA-2) and if not any recommendations.

Sorry, that jack is non-functional. There are many universal wireless speaker/subwoofer kits on the market that will work fine (they all are in the $100-$200 price range and all work about the same). I'm sure your GoldenEar dealer can recommend an aftermarket wireless accessory for you.
