Wow @#$&ing spectacular. That is my review. I’ve had the Tritons for about two weeks. Each day I become more amazed. My system is composed of Yamaha receiver RX-A810, audioquest type 4 cables, and of course the tritons. The break-in period is real. When I first started up the system I was disappointed with the sound. About 8 hours in the speakers started to, as best described, open up. The sound became fuller and the punchiness of the base started to come out. Experimenting with the placement and “toeing” of the speaker was very impressive. Listening to music is like listening to it for the first time. The 3d imaging has to be heard to be believed. With your eyes closed (and depending on what you are listening to), you can literally point to areas that the music or sound is coming from and you are not pointing directly at the tritons. It’s like I have an entire wall full of speakers. I eventually want to complete the setup with a supersat 50C and I’m really waiting to see if “in-walls” for the rears happen. No buyer’s remorse here!
