Love it. At half price (say $1500 U.S) I'd go for it.

Orpheusatx, congratulations on have a pair of these great speakers. I really love mine.

Just to expand on Moderator Dude's response, I'd try taking some non-reflective black fabric, and drape it only over the sides, and run it down both sides to just above the side radiators. That would be maybe 2 feet wide or so. That way you don't have to cover the front or the side radiators, and it won't change the sound quality. The fabric only needs to be big enough to cover the area of the reflection. You can experiment with how wide it needs to be, then finish it off.

@Orpheusatx after looking at the photos you posted I'd like to add that the sides of the T Refs are reflective, but if you're viewing the television from straight away center and the proper distance, you shouldn't be able to see any reflection. My comment here kind of builds upon what I stated earlier in the thread which is that if you're into serious video quality.... viewing off angle (left right and/or up down) and/or at an incorrect distance is undesirable even if you suppress the reflection. In my setup, if I view far enough off angle (left/right) I too can see a reflection.

I think the issue with my setup is I entertain and always have 2 to 4 viewers , which means some have to sit a bit off angle from the TV.
This is my "Real World" application in my rec room.

If I was setting my system up for a single centered viewer, I'd have no issue at all.

I'm in agreement that speaker cloth on the inside panels will work, I just need to mount the cloth so it does not look like an afterthought.
