I am having to run Audyssey now too, with a wall to the left and wide open room to the left of my listening room. I am convinced that irregular room situations require equalization. But I am hoping a better laid out, more balanced home theater will not need correction. Other that the bass nodes which will be necessary to tame.
Dark, that is great about the imaging and the transparency of music through the 3s. I am really looking forward to enjoying that.
I am in total agreement with both of you that the better the signal the GoldenEar speakers get, the more they will let you enjoy the music.
