Ah, it pays to look at the diagram on a full size computer screen vs a smart phone screen. Yes, Anthem, I now see that the 4 cup is blocked. So.... I'm back to Wayne's answer of 5.... lowest outlet out of 1, only outlet from 3 that's open, to 5. The only other possible answer is 7, which doesn't make sense unless 1 level goes above outlet to 3 and starts feeding 7 early. Unless the surprise answer is the flow from the faucet is so fast that 1 fills first despite it's 2 outlets?????
