Congratulations on the SuperCenter Reference, you’re going to love it. Angles are taken from the main seated position at head level. Front height I would maintain the 45 degrees. In the rear, 117 will work but if you can push it out a little farther (keeping the wife happy of course) I would. I use an IKEA rack behind the couch that doubles as vinyl storage as well as a table. You would of course need some additional space to be able to access as well. This could be a good way to create some distance, while keeping the additional space functional and accessible? Keep in mind, very few rooms end up perfect and your processor will do an amazing job when it renders the room at “fixing” and compensating for distances, angles, and height. In regards to the fixed angle of the 7000’s, I would dial them slightly toward the listener. In my space, I angled the 7000’s to the arms of the couch (not the primary seating position) and have been very pleased with the results. Left front height to the left arm of the couch, etc.

Good luck, have fun, and enjoy!
