Ah should have mentioned that I need to be non-floor standing or stand mounted:
Tv in the front of the room with the mains and the sub
Couches in the middle of the room, current surrounds mounted above doors on the left and right of the couches. Really no room to put floor standing anything here.
Back of room another 15' behind that, where we have kitchen and doors so not really possible to floor stand there, unfortunately.

So I think I need something wall-mounted. Looks like supersat3? But looks to have limited bass...

Peter,

There are some good wall mounts out there for the Aons as well. I have two pair of Aon3s wall mounted and am pretty happy with the results. I would like to hear the Invisa MPX as well. I suspect they would be better for surround duty.

Cheers,

T Cobe

Hey, Peter

If your budget has "room" in it, I agree with other posts here that T2's (+'s now) make phenomenal surround speakers. Great bass balance, real meaty contribution to action scenes, same for surround music. They REALLY hold their own with T1's, keeping the rear sound field just alive with dynamics. I am another of the GEt bass heads, and the T1/T2 combo of 4 subs keeps me completely immersed in fantastic bass. Since you can't find floor space, lots of other GEt speaker options, all providing seamless sound fields.

Happy listening!

Rick

Here are the left and right views of my large (and messy :-) livingroom
Love the idea of having T2s as the surrounds but don't think I'd be able to find spots for them.
Looking for something to replace the old AV123 surrounds on the left and right walls...

Peter,

Your photo files are probably too large. I believe there is a 750 kb limit on file size. Try saving them as a smaller size and reposting.

Cheers,

T Cobe
