lightbulb Aon 3 horizontal orientation for Center Channel?

I'm wondering if the Aon 3 works well in horizontal orientation? I know some speakers are designed to control vertical dispersion, so that turning them on their side would not be good. I don't know if this is the case with the Aon. Can GE lend some advice here?

My setup: 11.2 channels w/ 3 x Aon 3 mains, 8 x Aon 2 high/wide/surrounds, 2 x Forcefield 5 subs. Marantz AV8801 processor. 3 x Parasound A 51 amps. Oppo BPD-103D.

Nope. The Aon-equivalent that is for horizontal placement would be the SuperCenter X (or XL, or XXL).
