Ok....got the 3020 traded in for the NAD T748.

Have the SSat3's mounted on the wall. Just above ear height, a little wider than the desk, toed in just a smidge. Have the head unit clipping their feet at 110Hz. FF3 is dialed in at the foot well of my desk using the LFE.

Sound card is showing well. 112dB SNR playing files at 96kHz/24bit. Took me a little bit to get the newest drivers from the vendor, my MOBO website is behind the curve with older 2013 drivers. Using the toslink to the unit, and the rest is using HDMI 1.4.

Sigh...this is what I envisioned when I put this upper office system together. I got it all together but the room is a total mess. Can't stop listening long enough to clean it up. :)

This weekend will be me getting my music back together. I have so much quality that actually SOUNDS quality now. One hell of an office setup.

Ok....spent enough time writing .....back to listening.

With all that money you saved on GE "bang-for-the-buck" speakers...now you can afford a maid.
D-Sonic m3a-600m Mono > McIntosh MC152 > Primaluna ProLogue Premium Preamp > Oppo UDP205 > Decware ZLC > Triton Reference > Isoacoustics Gaia 2 > Canare 4S11 Speaker Cables > Audience Forte 3, Anticable L3 & Shunyata Venom PC's

Every great performance deserves an Audience!

My editing area at home. Sats on the wall and sub tucked in the footwell of the desk. Solid motivation for my editing sessions.
