So I was making printouts yesterday to take to the dealer in two weeks to finally get my SuperCinema 50 package (can't tell you how excited I am!) Then I read about the SuperSat60C, and its impending availability, and now it looks like I am going to spend a bit more money... So here is what I think I am going to do now:

SuperSat 50 for L, R, and both Surround channels, a SuperSat60C for the center, and the Forcefield 4, making up what I believe will be a fantastic 5.1 system fro my great room (paired with a Samsung 60" 7100, and an Onkyo 818, and my most recent acquisition, an Oppo BDP-103).

So are we close on that availability of the SuperSat60C (I'll be making a call to my local dealer after they open later today)?

Again, very excited to become a GoldenEar owner...

Great combination! SuperSat 60 and 60C should hit dealers showrooms by early March. They are taking orders now.

Cool. Excited to get this done... That TV is lonely up there on the wall...

Now if only you made a white version, so those 27" tall surrounds could provide fantastic sound AND blend in to the wall better. Happy wife = happy life. :P

You could always have someone do a custom 3M white vinyl wrap for the speaker. But that would leave the mesh grill still black...

Under the heading of "easier to get forgiveness than permission", I think I am just going to get the 50s for the rear surrounds as discussed above. Vinyl wrap is an interesting option, but as you say, the black grill is still an issue... Hmmm...
