Hi Wayne,

Thanks for asking.

Sheryl is doing very well. It has been just over two months since the surgery. She has been released by her physician at Duke - no more surgery and no more treatments of any kind for this issue.

She is working to regain lost lung capacity and will have a couple of breathing tests in the next couple of weeks to evaluate lung and diaphragm condition on the left side. Otherwise, she has resumed her normal life style and activities.

She is scheduled for followup evaluations in January of 2019 at Duke.

I have been largely absent from the forum because I have nothing to report audio-wise. I finally ran out of experiments. Just listening to music.

I would like to consider the References, but I have no other use for retired Ones and I am not interested in the process necessary to possibly sell the Ones.

I check in on the forum every few days and I have answered a couple of posts along the way.

Best,

Art

Thanks Art, that is great news!!!!!
Sure appreciate the update and always like good news!!!!
And miss your input here, but I understand, some times I am the same, just nothing to share.
Happy listening with your TOnes, which is where I am too and not likely to change.
God Bless,
Wayne

Sheryl continues to do well and is almost back to total normal. We recently traveled to Raleigh to visit our daughter and grandson. We played a lot of bridge because my grandson as has developed a strong interest in bridge. He broke a finger diving back into first base in a baseball game, so his Fall season has come to an end. He will play high school ball in the Spring as well as recreational league ball in the Spring and Summer.

I am next on the disabled list - having surgery for an inguinal hernia on October 24. No golf for two weeks, but I expect to continue my Fall singing activity. Surgery is light anesthetic with a local and will take about 30 minutes. I am in and out the same day. Can walk and drive, but no lifting and twisting for several weeks.

Thank goodness for football and music!!!!

Happy listening,

Art
