I've seen other topics on crossover settings on here, I guess I'm just looking for help understanding the benefit of a lower or higher crossover. I'm running triton 7 towers as my mains, a supercenter xl, bic f12 sub and fluance bipole surrounds. Also running 2 pioneer atmos modules. I have everything crossed over at 80 right now which sounds good, but I've seen other comments on here saying go as low as 40-60 depending on listening levels and habits. What would a lower crossover do for vocals/clarity? Should I stay where I'm at?

Well, big topic with many varied opinions, but 80Hz is certainly a very good setting for your Triton Sevens and SuperCenter XL (I can't speak to any of the other items) and this likely gives you the best balance of max output level and dynamics. Raise the crossover to get more total volume out of the system (depending on where the sub is located and if it can handle the extra load), lower the crossover if output level is not an issue and/or you listen to more music than movies (or if the sub sounds bad).

That was helpful, thank you! I do listen pretty loud (-5 reference) on my new Denon x3300. I'll probably leave the crossovers where they are, just wanted to make sure I was using my new speakers to their full potential.

Welcome to the discussions Ma1746, that should be a good setting from everything I know.
You can always experiment, but I would leave it there and enjoy!!!!
Sounds like you have a good system, have fun with it.
God Bless,
Wayne
