Hello,

I have a problem with a Triton Two Tower. I have noticed that after activating the built-in amplifier with an input signal, a high-frequency noise can be heard from both woofers. When the built-in amplifier goes into standby mode, the noise disappears again. I have exchanged the speakers (right / left) against each other and the problem is clearly only on one speaker.

I bought the speakers used and come from Germany.

How can you solve the problem ?

Thank you and many greetings
Sascha

Hi Sascha, I'm sorry for the trouble you are experiencing with this Triton Two. It sounds like the amplifier built-into this tower is defective - and needs to be serviced/replaced. I will have a GoldenEar Customer Service Representative reach out to you and go over your service options.
