What size are the binding posts on the Triton Reference? I don't have a set of calipers and can't find it in any literature. I originally bought speaker cables with spades on both ends and they didn't fit (too small). I then ordered a set with spade on amp end and bananna on speaker end (waiting for those to arrive). However I saw some posts about Silversmith Audio Fidelium cables silversmithaudio.com/fidelium-cables/ that are different in that they do not have any additional terminals, but a 0.25 notch in the flat cable for binding. I am wondersing if these will fit or will they need to be modified (by the manufacturer of course).

Well never mind. The owner of Silversmith Audio got back to me already. He says the binding posts are 5/16, which is larger than his 1/4 inch. He will modify for $50.00.

Hi DrDave, He's correct. The binding posts used on the Triton Reference towers measure 5/16". Happy Listening.
