Hello Goldenear,

I have had the Triton 3 for the last 4 years, and have loved them since.
However one of my speakers has started cracking/crackling. (No, do not listen to crazy loud volumes, driven by Rouge Audio Sphinx v1)

Would you advice on a support/fix outlet here in New York city (zip: 10001)?
I did come across - www.lyricusa.com/ - listed as one of your dealers here in NY,.
Would you say they could help me out with the fix, or suggest alternatives?

Thanks!

Replacing a driver isn't too difficult and probably something you can do at home without the hassle of moving the speaker if willing.

I would recommend calling Chet, from our Baltimore office. Chet will walk through some trouble shooting to make sure it is indeed a driver and help with the replacement process.

You'll need the complete serial number handy, as well as where the speakers were purchased originally.

Chet can be reached at: (949)800-1805

Hi,

Wanted to say a big THANK YOU to Chet! and to the moderator who suggested the replacement option.

I received a new driver replacement and clear instructions on how to go about it, all at no charge and super promptly.
My speakers are back to producing the great sound that they did, with minimal hassle to me in the process during this crazy time.

Cheers!
