For the past 3 weeks or more I have been working with my dealer to get my LFE channel problem resolved on one of my speakers. Apparently the dealer is having issues getting the hardware for the replacement. What's ironic I was told by the dealer that they received the shipping information for returning the defective board but never received the replacement.

Sorry, your dealer is perhaps not being honest with you. We send repair parts out the same day we are notified via FedEx, parts arrive in 1-3 days. The process of creating the paperwork for the defective also creates the parts order. I'd suggest you call our office Monday morning, or email our support address, so we can get to the bottom of this for you.

Finally received the parts and all is good now.
