Thanks to all who have posted on this forum, your evaluations, advice, and info sharing has helped me greatly in choosing my system.
I have placed an order for the T1's for the front, T5 rears, the new ref center, and two pair of 650's for atmos. I did not have a chance to audition the T1's, only the 2+, and thanks to this forum site I feel very confident that I am making the right decision to go with the ones instead. I can't wait for them to arrive and fully break in. It was also time to update my aging parasound C2 controller which has been replaced by the Anthem arm 60. I can finally take advantage of HDMI connections and room correction, assuming I can find a PC to run it.

Give them a chance to break in, and please tell us about the new SC Ref.

After you've played the whole system for awhile, please tell us what you think about how it all works together. I'll bet you'll love the T1's, and the whole system!

I'm hoping to get some advice on a new amplifier . My old set-up was a 6.1 using a 5 channel Parasound 2205 for the front, center, and rears, and a 2 channel carver m 200t for the center rear and tactile transducer in the MLP couch. My new system will be a 5.3.4 and I am 3 channels short on amplification. I'm trying to decide if I should keep the Parasound as is and buy an Emotiva A-500 to handle the two new pair of invista 650's for atmos as well as the transducer, or find a new 3 channel amp for the fronts and center.
Budget is limited so I was looking at the Emotiva XPA-3 but I'm not sure if that would be much of an improvement over the parasound.
