Thanks, Rick. As with a lot of the members here, it's a labor of love. It's coming together: little by little. One thing about the acoustic treatments from GIK is that they are not Wife approved. There is no way they would fly in the living room. You can have treatments made with hi-res images so that they look like art. I wouldn't mind hanging a few of Roman's masterpieces in the theater. His photos are amazing!

I was able to finish my new audio cart this weekend, amongst other things. It's pretty similar to the last version except that it is 3 units wide. I think it cleaned up the front of the theater a bit. I got a little creative with the cable management this time to get things nice and tidy.

Thanks. The WAF is what is stretching out my acoustic treatment search. Your idea about using some of Roman's pic's is right on! I've had some dialogues with the HT guy who has helped me before, and we're still not there with things to try.

I saw a picture of your new audio cart in another thread and it looks very nice. I too am looking to clean up the front of my system. May I ask what brand and make the audio cart is?

The cart is actually DIY. I used MDF, galvanized pipe, and Restore 4X deck coat in black. The 3/4" MDF is cut 6' wide and 22" deep. Everything was purchased from my local Home Depot. It took a little bit of work but I think it turned out well. It certainly saved me a significant amount of money, is very sturdy, and moves very easily.
