I have the exactly same problem with my left speaker what is the solution that you find?
My right speaker the dial as 10 clock the left is at max and when I return it back and forward barely understood any difference.
I try everything even swap speakers, change cables.
Did you replace any parts?
My speakers connected with Yamaha RX-A3050 avr.

I have my triton 2 from 2014 and I realise the problem 2 weeks before. I will appreciate if you answer me.

Swap left and right speakers to make sure the problem follows the speaker. If so, contact your dealer with the problem speaker's serial number and the problem description and they will arrange for replacement electronics.

Olymbos - I was told there were a few speakers that made it out to customers where the low end gain was set too high at the factory. As a result it was messing up in room EQ on receivers when the dial was set in the default 12 o'clock position. Therefore all the speakers are basically dialed-down at the factory so "special" customers are able calibrate their auto EQ's properly.

I kept my speakers, but was offered either an amp or speaker swap. Just dialed the gain down to about the 9 o'clock position, keeping the other speaker gain at the 12 o'clock position. Which seemed to match the gains and when I crave some deep bass, I have plenty on tap.

The speaker that has barely any gain from 0 to max is apparently calibrated correctly. There is a db change but it's not as noticeable as the other speaker - which can play very loud.

I don't know anything about that, never heard of it.

Olymbos, you said one of the Triton's level control did not work. If that is the case, the electronics modules need to be replaced as something has failed.

My left speaker to match the right one i have to put everything at maximum. And what i mean by that.
My left speaker dial is at maximum, and my yamaha rx-a3050 level +10. And my right speaker dial is at 9 clock and my receiver level at+2.
I try everything i change cables i swap speakers i change amplifier but the problem steel the same.
So i thing there be something with the amplifier in my speaker.
What i have to do to change the amplifier electronics.
And if is possible to do it by my self. Because it is impossible to send the speaker to my dealer.

That definitely sounds like a defect, likely the amp.

If you're somewhat handy, it shouldn't be too difficult to DIY.
The replacement amp will come with detailed instructions.
