Are you sure you don't have your processor set to small rear speakers or some such?

Sorry for the delay.

If you haven't tried it yet, let's do a hard reboot of the speaker. Set a timer on your phone for 15 minutes or longer. Disconnect power and start the timer. This will allow the speaker enough time to completely drain. Once the timer is complete (or longer) reconnect power. The light on the back should flash for 20-30 seconds +/- as the firmware reloads. Most of the time this will do the trick.

Try a hard reboot of the amplifier. Set a timer on your phone for 15 minutes (can be longer) and disconnect the power. Start timer. This will allow the amplifier time to fully drain. When the timer is finished (again, can be longer) reconnect power. The light on the back will flash for 20-30 seconds as the firmware reloads. Most times this does the trick.
