I have a pair of Triton 1 as rear channels.

I also have a Triton Ref as front L/R.

Due to virus I had time to switch my room up and do some listening. I noticed one of the Triton 1 is not playing any bass.

The light in the back of the speaker is still blue.

Any suggestions ?

Thanks

Hi grg1120!

Does the speaker play mids and treble OK? If the speaker is completely dead, then it could be an upstream component, bad cable, bad connector, etc. Swap channels upstream one change at a time and see if the speaker plays OK.

If it's only the bass that's dead, I'll leave you in the capable hands of the Moderator.

Mids and treble play fine.

Just the bass.

Had the same thing happen to my triton 2.

Amp had to be replaced.

Ok did your dealer do that? Or did you have to contact the manufacturer?

I was under warranty, dealer took care of in about 20 minutes. Said it wasn’t too complicated.
