I just received new Triton Ones and noticed the mesh grill at the top right corner on one tower has a slight outward bulge. It’s noticeable with the fabric cover normally in place. Removing the fabric cover I can see where the edge of the mesh where it meets the plastic top cap slightly bulges out. However there is no play if pressed and no obvious shipping damage. Is there any kind of adjustment that can be made? I would like to have the aesthetics ‘right’ given its new and returning it will be costly as i ordered out of state.

I would contact Golden Ear support with your serial number and description of the problem. I'm sure they could provide some type of remedy.
